To start β you will go to the latest location on the date specified (current game is at QUT, Kelvin Grove on July 26 from 10 to 2pm). At the various information booths you will find SCOOT Initiation Cards. These have the basic START instructions on them for that particular event. There are 7 game paths (Initiation Missions), one for each Faculty of QUT. You can play only the one that you are most interested in… or play another. Each mission completed puts you in the draw for prizes.

*** ONE mobile per team/individual β you can not change phones once started (unless you wish to START all over again!?)
Cost?
Each game is a maximum of 6 challenges (max of 10 SMS)
Standard rates (charged according to your current mobile plan as a normal SMS)
No charge for any SMS received from SCOOT
Duration?
A single Initiation Mission (game path) should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.
Must start between 10 and 1.30 to be able to complete and go in the draw.
Why?
You will learn about highlights according to the Faculty you have selected.
You will find interesting console games along the way made by QUT students from multiple Faculties… these are terrific fun and will test your skills!
How do you know when you are finished?
You will know that you have finished when you are sent to the final Challenge that guides you to the SCOOT Initiation Chamber. Once you have completed this final game challenge you will send your final SMS answer. This final answer puts you (and your team) in the draw to win prizes.
How to win?
This will be a draw β only of those teams that complete the final initiation challenge.
When and how will prizes be announced?
